From Escondido , take I-15 south to Pomerado Rd./West Bernardo Dr. exit.  Turn Left onto Pomerado Rd. (toward the east), and continue until you pass Bernardo Heights Parkway. We are just on the left side of the road after the intersection, in the big brown and beige building called "Gateway Medical Center."

From San Diego , take I-15 north to Bernardo Center Dr.  Turn right on Bernardo Heights Parkway and continue until Pomerado Road.  Turn right on Pomerado Road, and we are in the Gateway Medical Center building.  We are about one block north of the Pomerado Hospital on Pomerado Rd.

From Ramona and Julian, take Hwy 78/67 going west until you reach Poway Road. Continue and then turn right on Espola.  Turn left onto Twin Peaks, and proceed to Pomerado Road.  Turn right on Pomerado Road until you reach Pomerado Hospital.  We are one block north on the right hand side in the Gateway Building.
